Wild Furloween West 2026

Wild Furloween West is a three-day furry convention held in Fort Worth, Texas, from October 30 to November 1, 2026. The inaugural edition takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South Hotel & Conference Center, offering a Halloween-themed atmosphere described as a "spooky, Texas-style" gathering. The event focuses on anthropomorphic art, culture, and community, featuring standard convention elements such as a Dealers Den, Artist Alley, and panel discussions. Organised by Crossed Paws Events Corp, the convention aims to provide a welcoming space for fans to celebrate the season while supporting local charities.

The programme includes costume-friendly activities, a dance competition, and social events designed to foster community interaction. A specific policy prohibits AI-generated art in vendor spaces, with strict enforcement rules in place to maintain the integrity of the creative market. The event is open to minors, with specific registration requirements and parental consent forms for attendees under the age of 18. Children aged 0-5 attend for free with a registered guardian, while those aged 6-12 receive a discount and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Registration tiers range from basic attendance to lifetime memberships, with prices varying based on pre-registration or general registration periods. A group buy discount is available for the first year, offering a free base-level registration for groups of three who book through the official hotel block. The event plans to transition to nonprofit status after recovering initial costs, with a mission to give back to the community through charity and high-quality entertainment.
