A little more about it
About The Bigger One (TBO)
The Bigger One (TBO) is a grassroots furry convention held at Delta Hotels Somerset in New Jersey. Running from June 12 to 14, 2027, this event brings together the tri-state community for a weekend focused on connection rather than scale. The 2027 edition features a Medieval Paws theme, setting a playful tone for the social programming and vendor interactions.
Unlike larger corporate events, TBO is independently run by the PS Crew and funded personally by volunteers. This keeps the atmosphere intimate and welcoming, with a deliberate focus on safety and community building. You will find hand-strung fairy lights and handmade signage throughout the venue, reflecting the DIY spirit of the group. The layout is designed to encourage natural overlap between attendees, making it easy to meet new friends or catch up with old ones.
Located centrally in Somerset, the venue is accessible via the New Jersey Turnpike or a short drive from Newark Liberty International Airport. Staying on-site at the Delta Hotels provides direct access to the main social spaces and dining options. It is a practical choice for those looking for a genuine, low-pressure furry meet in the Northeast.
