Texas Furry Fiesta (TFF) 2027

Texas Furry Fiesta (TFF) is a major furry convention taking place in Dallas from March 19 to 22, 2027. The 2027 edition runs under the theme A Nightmare on Olive Street, a playful nod to the venue's address. As the largest documented furry event in Texas, it attracts over 9,000 attendees who gather for panels, dances, and community events. The scale is significant, filling the Sheraton Dallas Hotel with its 220,000 square feet of meeting space. This allows the convention to spread out with multiple programming tracks, a large fursuit lounge, and dedicated vendor areas. It is a welcoming space for both seasoned furries and newcomers looking to connect.

The venue itself is a key part of the experience. Staying on-site at the Sheraton saves you the walk during late-night gaming sessions or room parties. The downtown location also means you are close to Texas BBQ and other dining options if you need a break from convention food. Transit is straightforward, with the DART Orange Line connecting DFW airport to the city center in about 40 minutes. This makes it easy to arrive without worrying about highway traffic. The event is designed to be accessible and comfortable for everyone attending.

TFF is known for its strong community focus and charitable efforts. The convention consistently supports the Center for Animal Research and Education, an exotic-animal sanctuary that rescues big cats and other animals. This commitment to animal welfare is a core part of the event's identity. The atmosphere remains high-energy and creative, with a mix of art, performance, and socializing. It is a chance to enjoy the furry fandom in a supportive and vibrant setting. The event continues to grow, keeping its position as a key stop on the North American convention calendar.
