SloFluffCon (SFC) 2027

SloFluffCon is Slovenia's annual furry convention, running from 21 to 25 January 2027 at the Grand Hotel Union in Ljubljana. This four-day gathering brings together the local community for panels, socials, and a dealers den, all under the 'Everyday Heroes' theme. It is a chance to celebrate the postal workers, train drivers, and sanitation crews who keep the city moving, with a warm welcome for first-timers and veterans alike.

The venue is a historic hotel in the heart of the capital, making it easy to explore Ljubljana's old town between sessions. The connected uHotel Ljubljana provides extra space, so you can hop over if you need a quiet spot to decompress. With attendance usually staying under 200, the atmosphere remains intimate and friendly. You are likely to know half the room by the second day, which makes it a comfortable entry point into the Central European scene.

Organised by the Slovenian Furry Society, SloFluffCon has grown from its debut in Celje to become a staple for fans in the region. The programming includes themed parties and artist talks, keeping the energy high without feeling overwhelming. It is a practical, well-run event that respects the community's need for both fun and structure. If you are planning a trip to the Western Balkans or Northern Italy, this is a solid stop on your furry calendar.
