Mad Fur It brings a one-day furry gathering with a festival feel to Fairfield Social Club in Manchester on 1 May 2027. Sitting somewhere between a furmeet and a one-day convention, its first edition has indoor and outdoor spaces for socialising. Plans include a cabaret with comedy and furry musicians, workshops, a marketplace, a gameshow, charity fundraising, karaoke and DJ sets. The full programme will be announced in 2027.
This is an 18+ event with advance registration required: applications are reviewed before payment, and there are no walk-in tickets. Standard entry is £45, with a £5 earlybird discount advertised. Registration is due to open in November. Bring valid, in-date government-issued photo ID matching your registration details. Fursuits are welcome but optional; read the relaxed dress code before choosing your outfit.
The venue is around half a mile from Manchester Victoria station.
