FurSquared (F²) 2027

FurSquared (F??) is a four-day furry convention running from February 4 to 8, 2027, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 2027 edition, dubbed F2K, leans into a Y2K aesthetic with a playful 'night before the world ends' vibe. You can expect glitter, nostalgic tech references, and a strong emphasis on community participation rather than just passive observation. It is a solid mid-size event that has grown steadily since its inception as a local gathering.

The venue is the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, a historic Art Deco building on the river. For 2027, the convention also utilizes the Baird Center across the street for additional programming space. This two-building setup allows for a comfortable flow between panels, the dealers den, and social areas. The location is central, putting you within walking distance of the Third Ward dining district and the Milwaukee RiverWalk. It is a practical base for exploring the city while you are there.

Charity is a core part of the FurSquared identity. The event partners with the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) and has a track record of raising significant funds through themed auctions and community drives. The 2026 edition set a new single-year fundraising record, showing just how engaged the attendees are. If you enjoy a convention that feels like a shared project rather than a corporate event, this is a good fit. The atmosphere is warm, collaborative, and distinctly Wisconsin.
