FURPOCALYPSE 2026

Furpocalypse (FP) is a four-day Halloween-themed furry convention running from October 29 to November 2, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stamford in Stamford, Connecticut. This event has been a staple of the Northeast scene since 2014, bringing together anthropomorphic enthusiasts for a weekend focused on community, charity, and a lot of spooky fun. The 2026 edition carries the theme Rock N' Roll Nightmare, inviting attendees to bring their best metal-infused costumes for a memorable fall celebration.

The convention is known for its strong commitment to local impact, having raised significant funds for organizations like Q Plus and the US War Dogs Association over the years. Programming includes a wide variety of classes, discussion groups, and social events that cater to both first-timers and long-time fans. You can expect a lively atmosphere with trick-or-treating, a car show in the parking garage, and plenty of opportunities to connect with new friends. The hotel location is convenient for travelers coming from New York, Boston, or other parts of New England, with easy access via train or major highways.

Furpocalypse is more than just a party; it is a dedicated space for the furry community to gather, create, and support one another. Whether you are there for the artists, the social events, or simply to enjoy the Halloween spirit, this event provides a welcoming environment for all. The team behind the convention works hard to ensure a smooth experience, from registration to the final night. It is a great chance to see the fandom in a unique setting, with a focus on positive interactions and shared interests.
