Fur-Eh! (FEH) 2027

Fur-Eh! (FEH) is a four-day furry convention running from July 15 to July 19, 2027, in Edmonton, Alberta. This year's theme is FURBALLS, a playful twist on the event's long-running tradition of competitive house battles that keep the energy high across the weekend. As Western Canada's flagship event, it has grown into a major gathering for the region, recently drawing over 2,400 attendees to its dual-venue setup.

The con takes place across two connected hotels, the Wyndham Edmonton and Delta Hotels Edmonton South, located near Gateway Boulevard. This layout means you can move between spaces without leaving the immediate area, which is handy if you want to hop between panels, the dealer den, or the social areas. The community vibe is strong here, with a focus on team-based competition and a solid charity drive for the Greater Edmonton Animal Rescue Society. It is a well-organized space that balances structured programming with plenty of room to just hang out and meet people.

If you are planning a trip, note that the venues are in south Edmonton, about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The con is known for its detailed code of conduct and a volunteer program that helps offset registration costs for future years. It is a substantial event, so expect a full schedule of activities, guest appearances, and socials. The atmosphere is welcoming but busy, typical of a large regional con, so comfortable shoes are a must for navigating the two hotel floors.
