DESCRIPTION:Spooktacufur is an all-ages\, single-day Halloween-themed furry
  convention held in Salt Lake City\, Utah. The 2026 edition takes place on
  Saturday\, 24 October\, running from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Hilton Sa
 lt Lake City Center. This marks a new venue for the mini-con\, with ticket
  sales limited to test the capacity of the downtown location. Admission is
  strictly pre-registration only\, with no tickets sold at the door\, ensur
 ing a controlled and accessible environment for attendees.\nThe event feat
 ures Hannimations as its first-ever Guest of Honor. This local Utah artist
 \, known for creating plushies\, stickers\, and apparel\, will have a dedi
 cated booth in the Artist Alley and display official artwork throughout th
 e convention floor. The programme includes a fursuit parade\, various pane
 ls\, and meetups\, designed to be festive and welcoming for families and f
 irst-time attendees alike.\nCommunity engagement is a central pillar of Sp
 ooktacufur\, featuring a silent charity auction supporting HawkWatch Inter
 national and Paws With A Cause. Additionally\, the event partners with the
  Utah Food Bank for a food drive\, where the first 50 attendees to show a 
 donation at check-in receive an exclusive sticker. Tickets are released in
  three timed drops in August\, September\, and October\, with General Admi
 ssion priced at $20 and a Sponsor tier at $30 that includes parking valida
