Furvester

Furvester is an annual furry convention in Karlsruhe, Germany, running from 29 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. The name blends 'furry' with Silvester, the German word for New Year's Eve, and the event has been organized by Flussfussels e.V. since 2017. This edition marks a significant move to the Stadthalle Karlsruhe, a larger venue that replaces the previous hotel location. The change allows for a bigger main stage, an expanded Dealers' Den, and more space for attendees to breathe. You can count down to midnight with the whole community, surrounded by modern facilities and walkable hotels right around the corner.

The programming includes a dance competition, fursuit games, a retro arcade, and a charity auction. A new fursuit playground and a cozy themed bar are also planned for this year. The convention supports a different animal welfare or conservation cause each edition, having raised over 36,000 euros across past runs.
