DESCRIPTION:Scotiacon 2027 is Scotland's only dedicated furry convention\, 
 running from 5 to 8 February 2027 in Glasgow. The event takes over the Cro
 wne Plaza Glasgow on Congress Road\, with the Hilton Garden Inn nearby act
 ing as the overflow venue along the riverfront. This is the community's bi
 ggest gathering\, bringing together attendees from across the globe for a 
 week of panels\, socials and the Dealers' Den.\nThe theme for this year is
  Massive in the Metropolis\, inviting you to stomp into town in monstrous 
 fashion. Whether you are playing a kaiju tearing up the city or one of its
  valiant defenders\, the programming is built to match that scale. The con
 vention has been growing since its first event in 2011\, and this edition 
 is billed as their biggest party yet. It remains the primary hub for the l
 ocal fandom\, offering a safe and welcoming space for people to celebrate 
 shared interests.\nGlasgow is well connected\, with the venue easily reach
 ed from the city centre stations or a short walk along the Clyde. The dual
