Make a little room in your calendar for the Bärenhöhle, a regular gathering for the Bern area's furry community in Biglen. The monthly furmeet starts at 2pm and brings together furs and friends for gaming, drawing, board games, fursuiting and time to catch up. There is room for more than one kind of creature here, whether your paws are busy with a controller, a sketchbook or a conversation.
The venue is on Rohrstrasse in Biglen, outside Bern itself. Follow the group's Telegram chat for changes and use the linked registration bot for attendance arrangements. October and December's published dates are included here; November has its own Dealers Den edition. The Saturdays vary, and an end time, entry price and age policy have not been published on the current event calendar.
C'est la Vie / Panorama Hotel, Engi 448a, 6086 Hasliberg Reuti, Switzerland, Hasliberg, CH
Golden Leaves Con (GLC) is a residential furry convention held in Hasliberg, Switzerland, from 28 October to 1 November 2026. As the largest furry convention in the country, it caps attendance at approximately 300 participants to maintain a tight-knit community atmosphere. The 2026 edition adopts a prehistoric theme, inviting attendees to explore a landscape of gentle brontosauruses and agile raptors. The event is strictly 18+ and takes place at two adjacent venues: the C'est la Vie guesthouse and the Panorama Hotel, both offering mountain views and access to a heated outdoor pool.
A distinctive feature of GLC is its communal dining experience, where all meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the entry fee and prepared fresh by a volunteer furry crew rather than a commercial catering team. This setup fosters a social hub for attendees, who come from diverse backgrounds; last year, participants from 15 different nations joined the event. The venues provide different accommodation styles, with C'est la Vie offering shared rooms in a youth hostel style and the Panorama Hotel providing three-star comfort with private bathrooms and balconies.
Attendance is allocated via a lottery system to ensure fairness, as demand consistently exceeds capacity. Couples can link their registrations to ensure they are either both selected or neither is. The event includes a fursuit lounge for changing and cooling down, a Saturday furdance with a dance contest, and opportunities for spontaneous fursuit walks to the nearby village. Dogs are not permitted, and while early arrival or late departure is generally not possible due to setup requirements, exceptions may be made for volunteers.
November's Bärenhöhle furmeet adds a Dealers Den to the Bern community's regular gathering in Biglen. This slice of Swiss furry life starts from 2pm on the published programme, with the meet sharing the Bärenhöhle's home on Rohrstrasse. It is a chance to fit some browsing around catching up with fellow furs, without waiting for the next convention weekend.
The Bärenhöhle welcomes gaming, drawing, board games and fursuiting alongside the social side of the meet. Check the organiser's Telegram chat and registration bot before heading over for the current attendance arrangements and any changes. This listing covers the announced November edition only; stallholders, prices and an end time have not yet been detailed on the public calendar.
